1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering for, or participating in Social Tournaments powered by Pragmatic Play™ (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player,” “User,” or “you”) and the Platform operator.

Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming and online gaming industry. By participating in any Tournament, Prize Drop, or promotional activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all provisions contained in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator and Pragmatic Play™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform or participation in tournaments.

12.4 Maximum Liability

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are permitted, the total aggregate liability of the Platform shall not exceed the value of prizes won by the affected player during the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is licensed and registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in Social Tournaments must be resolved by final and binding arbitration rather than in court.
